Sold in Rosedale!!

I am so pleased to say that my listing in Rosedale has sold. This deal was extra special to me as I grew up in this neighbourhood! My clients are sad to say goodbye to this beautiful house but the new owner's love the character and are going to keep it as a wonderful family home.
