This was a fun sale as I began working towards learning about Backyard Suites in Calgary about 2 years ago now. I went to Edmonton to see a seminar run by YEGarden Suites and told them I wanted to do the same thing they do down in Calgary. You need to ask to get to the places you want and since then, I have helped organize 1 in-person seminar, a speaker session at the Calgary Home and Garden Show (thank you Marty), 1 webinar, and our 2nd webinar is this November. This sale marks my first sold backyard suite listing in the city, but only the first of many.
